About the role
Our client is looking for a General Property Adjuster to manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial property claims across the South Coast. You will act as the nominated adjuster for key accounts, handling claims up to £250,000.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and settle domestic building, contents and personal possession claims.
- Handle commercial property owners' claims up to £250,000.
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with clients throughout the claims process.
- Provide timely reports and recommendations to senior management.
Required profile
- Experience in property claims adjusting, preferably within the South Coast region.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and commercial property insurance policies.
- Professional certifications such as CII and/or CILA are advantageous.
Required skills
- CII certification
- CILA certification
What we offer
- Competitive salary range £40,000‑£60,000 per year.
- Full‑time permanent role based in Southampton.
