About the role

Our client, a top‑tier Legal 500 law firm based in East London, is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join its specialist team. You will work on a diverse portfolio of high‑quality property disputes, ranging from residential and commercial landlord‑tenant matters to boundary and other contentious issues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial landlord‑tenant disputes.
• Manage boundary disputes and other contentious property matters.
• Advise a varied client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents and leaseholders.
• Run your own caseload with appropriate support and supervision.
• Collaborate with senior partners to develop strategic solutions for complex cases.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with proven experience in property litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Strong analytical and advocacy skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
