About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to join our specialist team in East London. You will handle a diverse portfolio of high‑value property disputes, providing expert advice to landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents and leaseholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial landlord‑tenant disputes from inception to resolution.
• Conduct and oversee boundary dispute litigation and other contentious property matters.
• Advise a varied client base on legal strategy, risk and compliance.
• Maintain and develop your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Collaborate with senior partners and support staff to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with proven experience in property litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a client‑focused approach.
