Property Litigation Paralegal – Residential & Commercial Disputes

About the role

We are looking for a Property Litigation Paralegal to join our growing property litigation team in the South East. The role provides exposure to a wide range of residential and commercial property disputes, supporting fee earners from instruction through to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Support property litigation matters across residential and commercial disputes.
• Assist with landlord and tenant issues, including rent arrears, lease renewals and dilapidations.
• Prepare court bundles and case documentation.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and witness statements.
• Conduct legal research and fact‑finding exercises.
• Manage correspondence with clients, counsel, courts and third parties.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Property Litigation Paralegal, Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Experience within property litigation or dispute resolution (desirable).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
