Property Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer – Hybrid, Competitive Salary

About the role

Join a highly regarded specialist law firm as a Property Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer. You will work on high‑quality, complex property disputes while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative environment and flexible hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Handle boundary and neighbour disputes, rights of way, easements and restrictive covenants.
• Manage adverse possession, landlord‑tenant, co‑ownership and proprietary estoppel matters.
• Advise on development, telecoms, property‑related trusts and probate disputes.
• Conduct mediation, alternative dispute resolution and represent clients in court proceedings.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contentious property matters independently.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
