Property Management Training Manager

About the role

Join Spicerhaart’s Learning & Development team as a Property Management Training Manager. You will design, develop and deliver innovative training programmes that enhance the performance of our Property Management colleagues across sales, customer experience and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programmes for property management, sales and customer experience.
• Create and maintain online training modules and documentation aligned with current policy and legislation.
• Support other departments in developing and updating Operations Manuals.
• Review training materials to ensure they drive measurable learning outcomes.
• Manage systems training, identify knowledge gaps and implement blended learning solutions.
• Lead allocated training projects, ensuring they meet standards, deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain accurate training records and forward them to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training within property management or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of property management processes, legislative requirements and best‑practice learning methods.
• Ability to create clear, up‑to‑date training documentation and e‑learning content.
• Flexibility to provide cover for other team members and departments as needed.

• Basic salary £30,000‑£36,000 per year (dependent on experience).
• Annual bonus up to 10% of salary based on half‑yearly targets.
