Property Manager

About the role

This position is for a Property Manager who will take ownership of a leasehold portfolio for a growing property management firm in Southampton. The role is ideal for candidates eager to develop a lasting career in block management.

Key responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of medium‑size blocks of flats.
• Overseeing Section 20 major works with support from the Head of Property Management.
• Setting and managing service charge budgets.
• Conducting site visits, health & safety checks and annual general meetings.
• Handling leaseholder and customer queries.

Required profile

• Ambitious and enthusiastic with a long‑term interest in block management.
• Proven track record in real‑estate, either property management or lettings.
• Charismatic personality able to work well within a small, collaborative team.
• Willingness to attend the office three to four days per week.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal car.
