About the role
You will own a residential block‑management portfolio across Leeds and West Yorkshire, working primarily from home while also visiting sites to ensure safety, compliance and quality service for clients, leaseholders and residents.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day repairs, planned maintenance and health‑and‑safety compliance.
- Manage service‑charge budgets, approvals and variance tracking.
- Conduct regular site inspections across Leeds, identify issues early and drive actions.
- Prepare and deliver meeting packs, AGM minutes and detailed reports on time.
- Liaise with clients, freeholders, leaseholders and contractors, handling queries and complaints constructively.
- Brief, instruct and review contractors and professional advisors to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality outcomes.
Required profile
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Highly organised, able to meet deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
- Problem‑solver who balances empathy with firm decision‑making.
- Comfortable working from home while undertaking regular site visits.
