About the role
A Manchester-based property management and estate agency, with over 20 years of experience and a portfolio of more than 800 properties, is looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused Property Manager. The role covers the full tenancy lifecycle and acts as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth, compliant and professional rental experience. Key responsibilities

- Keep properties compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, track safety certification renewals (gas, electrical and other mandatory inspections) and maintain compliance records.
- Manage tenancy renewals, conduct rent reviews and negotiate between landlords and tenants, and prepare tenancy documentation.
- Coordinate property check-outs, handle deposit discussions and organise property turnarounds to reduce vacancy.

- Keep tenancy, compliance and property records accurate using property management software and internal systems.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in residential property management, tenancy administration or a similar tenancy-focused role.
- Strong working knowledge of UK housing legislation, landlord and tenant regulations, health and safety requirements and statutory compliance.
- Legal education or experience (e.g. LL.B, GDL, Paralegal, Legal Executive or equivalent) to interpret tenancy agreements and contracts.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Available Monday to Friday 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Required skills
- Preferred: familiarity with 1090 Property Management Software and Goodlord, including day-to-day tenancy administration and compliance management.
- Preferred: experience handling tenancy disputes, legal proceedings or possession matters, and previous work in a busy lettings agency, property management company or residential property legal practice.
What we offer
- Fully remote work.
- Competitive salary.
- Peer community of sales professionals and ongoing support from the recruiter before and after placement.
