Senior Lettings Consultant

About the role

An established property business is looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join its growing team in Crawley. The role plays a key part in the success of the lettings department, taking ownership of applicant enquiries, property viewings and tenancy progression while supporting the wider team. The salary is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospective tenants, landlords and applicants
• Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Progress tenancies from application through to move-in
• Manage customer enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Support the day-to-day operation of the lettings department and help colleagues meet service standards
• Identify ways to improve processes and act as a senior member of the team, giving support and guidance

Required profile

• Minimum of one year's experience in residential lettings or a similar property-related role
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential
• Passion for customer service, excellent written and verbal communication and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines, targets and performance objectives
