Property Services Administrator

About the role

Creative Support’s Property Services Department is seeking a Property Services Administrator to join its busy office in Stockport. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop administrative expertise within a national not‑for‑profit housing provider.

Key responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders for cyclical and responsive works.
• Track jobs raised through departmental helpdesks and follow up on actions from Fire Risk Assessments.
• Order surveys, organise property access and maintain accurate property records and databases.
• Support coordination of contractors and respond to internal and external enquiries.
• Help ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Property Services Department.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Genuine interest in Creative Support’s values and activities.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
