Property Solicitor – Commercial & Residential (5+ PQE)

About the role

The firm is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to manage a varied portfolio of commercial and residential property matters. You will advise individuals, businesses, investors and developers throughout the transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Advise on sales, purchases, leases, refinances, transfers and landlord‑tenant matters
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases and related documentation
• Conduct due diligence and identify legal and commercial risks
• Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years post‑qualification experience
• Strong experience in both commercial and residential property law
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Good knowledge of SRA regulations, AML requirements and risk management

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office
