Property Solicitor – Head of Department

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor to lead our newly acquired West London office. This senior position offers the chance to shape a growing team while handling a diverse portfolio of property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the West London property team.
• Manage a caseload of residential and commercial transactions.
• Provide excellent client care and maintain strong client relationships.
• Utilise a high‑tech case management system to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing your own commercial and residential property caseload.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold matters.
• Experience with bridging finance and high‑value commercial leases is advantageous.
• Demonstrated drive and technical ability to lead a team.
• Additional language skills (Punjabi, Hindi or Urdu) are a plus but not essential.
