About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join a respected independent estate agency covering the Reading area. The role focuses on winning new sales instructions, delivering market appraisals and supporting branch performance.

Key responsibilities

• Win new residential sales instructions across the Reading/Earley area.
• Conduct market appraisals and property valuations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support the branch in achieving sales targets and profitability.
• Retain existing clients while generating new business opportunities.
• Represent the agency’s brand professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential sales.
• Strong background in listing and instruction winning.
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Confidence in generating new business opportunities.
• Comprehensive understanding of the estate agency sector.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Local knowledge of Reading/Earley (preferred).
