Proposals Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to support a leading global law firm on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will lead high‑value proposals and panel tenders across multiple service lines and jurisdictions, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape bid strategy and deliver compelling submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive bid strategy from qualification through to final submission.
• Manage the end‑to‑end proposal process for complex, multi‑stakeholder opportunities.
• Develop clear value propositions, win strategies, and pricing solutions.
• Coach and support teams in preparing client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior professionals across legal and business functions.

Required profile

• Proven proposals or bid management experience in a professional services environment.
• Track record of handling complex, multi‑jurisdictional opportunities.
• Strong project management, writing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confident influencing and coaching senior colleagues.
• Legal sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
