About the role

Join Lifesearch as a Protection Adviser and help engaged customers secure the right life, critical illness and income protection solutions. This remote‑first position offers a supportive community of over 120 advisers across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with highly engaged customers actively seeking protection advice (no cold calling).
• Provide tailored recommendations across Life, Critical Illness and Income Protection.
• Support clients through personal conversations with care and professionalism.
• Manage multiple client journeys simultaneously.
• Collaborate within a high‑performing advice community.
• Build long‑term relationships and deliver advice you’re proud of.

Required profile

• Solid experience in protection advice with a demonstrable track record.
• Knowledge of Life, Critical Illness and Income Protection.
• Experience or interest in Business Protection (structured pathways available).
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining high advice standards.
• Personal accountability for performance and ambition for a long‑term career.
• R05 qualification preferred but not essential.
