Protection Case Handler

About the role

Join Dynamo's Protection team as a Case Handler, supporting customers in safeguarding what matters most. You will manage protection applications from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and compliant journey for clients and advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage protection cases from application through to completion.
• Liaise with customers, advisers, providers and third‑party contacts.
• Process documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Keep clients informed throughout their journey via phone and email.
• Maintain compliant, accurate records in line with FCA requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet team targets and service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude.
• Customer‑service mindset; previous administration or financial‑services experience is a plus but not essential.
