PSP Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a PSP Financial Analyst to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and financial performance of payment operations across multiple providers. In this role you will work with large financial datasets, investigate discrepancies, and help optimise costs in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships and communication with payment service providers, ensuring contractual compliance.
• Monitor account balances across multiple payment systems and maintain strong financial control.
• Analyse provider fees, exchange rates, commissions and contract terms to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Reconcile transaction records with provider statements, investigate discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Oversee timely processing of customer payouts and company withdrawals while resolving payment‑related issues.
• Maintain payment process documentation and recommend improvements based on analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, finance operations, payment operations, reconciliation or a related finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in fintech, banking, e‑commerce, retail or iGaming is a plus.
