Pub Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Pub Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team at Tattershall Park Pub, a vibrant venue serving guests, holiday homeowners and the public. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑standard dining experience in a busy, full‑service pub environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, ensuring excellent service and food quality.
• Oversee daily venue operations, from preparation to service and post‑service duties.
• Drive revenue through effective service, sales techniques and profitable growth.
• Manage stock levels, conduct weekly stocktakes and reconcile inventory to control margins.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, to meet the demands of a holiday resort.

Required profile

• Previous management experience in a Food & Beverage operation, preferably in a pub or bar setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate and develop staff.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety and guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Experience in stock management and inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to manage a fast‑paced service environment.
