QA Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a fast‑growing FinTech SaaS company. You will work within a close‑knit QA team of five, collaborating with around ten software engineers to ensure the reliability of cloud‑based platforms used by financial institutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Cypress and TypeScript.
• Perform manual testing where required to complement automation.
• Enhance the overall automation testing capability of the organisation.
• Collaborate closely with developers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead the AI‑powered testing strategy, exploring how artificial intelligence can accelerate automation and improve software quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Hands‑on experience testing SaaS or enterprise software, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong background in test automation with a focus on reliability and coverage.
• Passion for software quality and a collaborative mindset.
