Qualified Early Years Educator – General & SEND Support

About the role

We are seeking passionate Qualified Early Years Educators for a vibrant nursery in Telegraph Hill, London. Two positions are available: a General Early Years Educator working with children aged 2‑5, and a SEND Support Educator providing targeted assistance for a child with vision impairment and global developmental delay while supporting the whole class.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning, communication and development through play‑based activities.
• Adapt and differentiate activities to meet individual sensory and developmental needs.
• Contribute to planning, observations, assessments and record‑keeping.
• Collaborate closely with room teams, the SENCO and external professionals.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and high‑quality learning environment.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred (Level 2 considered with relevant experience).
• At least 1 year of nursery experience in the UK for the General role.
• Extensive experience working with children with SEND, preferably vision impairment, global delay and EHCPs for the SEND role.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
