Qualified Educator – Nursery Staff

About the role

Miss Daisy's Nursery Schools are seeking enthusiastic Qualified Educators to join their team across multiple locations. You will work with children aged 0‑5, delivering high‑quality early years education and care in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and education to children aged 0‑5.
• Plan and implement EYFS‑aligned activities that are stimulating and engaging.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Observe, assess and record children’s development, highlighting any concerns.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to meet individual children’s needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well‑maintained nursery spaces.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure children’s wellbeing.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent full Early Years qualification).
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safeguarding legislation.

Required skills

• Paediatric First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework and child development theories.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
