About the role

Join Childbase Partnership as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner at Lime Grove Day Nursery in Hemel Hempstead. You will work within a vibrant early years setting, delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0‑5.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging activities that align with the EYFS framework.
• Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and their families.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, observations and assessments.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support continuous improvement and share best practice.

Required profile

• DfE‑approved early years qualification at Level 2 or above.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and ability to implement it in daily practice.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of every child.
• Team‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
