Quality and Good Practice Coordinator

About the role

The Quality and Good Practice Coordinator is a valued member of the Quality Department, supporting the Executive team and Board Quality Committee. The role also provides personal assistance to the Director of Quality and works within the national PA team at the head office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and steer social‑care governance activities, preparing analytical reports for quality committees.
• Facilitate and report to the Board Quality and Practice Committee.
• Support national coproduction forums and inclusivity‑in‑governance work streams.
• Coordinate occasional evening, weekend work and planned national travel.

Required profile

• Motivated, personable and committed to coproduction with lived‑experience staff.
• Experience in social care, not‑for‑profit organisations or working with vulnerable adults is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a busy office environment.

• Excellent administration and office‑based skills.
• Strong attention to detail, data analysis and report‑writing abilities.
• Effective networking, person‑centred approach and organisational capabilities.
