Quality Assurance Inspector/Engineer/Technician – FMCG

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector, Engineer or Technician to join a well‑established, family‑owned FMCG business in Poole. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining product and process quality, supporting the company’s reputation for premium workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QA policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections of products and production processes.
• Lead investigations into product non‑conformities and customer complaints.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality practices and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a quality‑focused role within FMCG, compliance or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and their implementation.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
