Quality Auditor – Food Manufacturing

About the role

Join Pilgrim’s Europe in Bodmin as a Quality Auditor and help maintain the highest food safety and quality standards across our manufacturing site. You will work closely with production teams to ensure products meet regulatory and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform product, packaging and labelling inspections.
• Conduct factory audits covering GMP, CCPs, metal detectors and other critical controls.
• Carry out sampling, swabbing and laboratory testing.
• Monitor holds, non‑conformances and investigate complaints.
• Support the site Quality Management System and BRC compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in auditing or quality assurance within a food environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality standards and health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
