Quality Control Analyst – Medical Device Sector

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established healthcare company to hire a Quality Control Analyst for its medical‑device manufacturing site in Tonbridge. The role offers full training and is ideal for recent graduates or individuals eager to start a laboratory‑focused career.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in checking and inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support quality testing to ensure products meet required standards.
• Learn to operate, maintain and care for laboratory equipment.
• Record and report test results accurately.
• Help confirm and validate R&D test results.
• Identify issues and support the team in resolving them.

Required profile

• Relevant science‑based education or experience (e.g., degree in biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering).
• Keen interest in science, quality control or manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
