Quality Digital Innovation Senior Specialist (18‑Month FTC)

About the role

GSK is seeking a senior specialist to lead the data provision process for quality digital innovation. The role is a fixed‑term secondment of 18 months, based onsite in Barnard Castle, and focuses on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and speed across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight of data provision quality and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Advise and support site teams on SAP data provision and promote the adoption of a standardised SAP solution.
• Collaborate with core SAP functions to introduce new functionality and manage risk escalation.
• Identify improvement opportunities in data provision and approval processes.
• Develop change‑improvement frameworks and deliver related training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, validation, or production processes.
• Proven ability to review, interpret and approve critical production data across multiple functions.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• SAP (systems, applications and products) knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and data‑processing skills.
• Understanding of GxP regulations and data integrity principles.
