About the role
The Quality Inspector will provide technical support from a production and quality perspective, helping to resolve production defects and variations (DPV) at Lotus' Hethel manufacturing facility.
Key responsibilities
- React to production DPV concerns, contain issues and implement permanent countermeasures efficiently.
- Conduct root cause analysis studies and assist in resolving product and process concerns.
- Document and communicate process‑related changes to cross‑functional teams.
- Develop, manage and support troubleshooting focused on high‑priority DPV resolution.
- Participate in shop‑floor process development and continuous improvement activities.
Required profile
- Automotive manufacturing experience.
- Full driving licence.
- Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
What we offer
- Temporary on‑going contract until the end of 2026 with immediate start.
