Quality Manager - Building Envelope & Cladding Systems

About the Role

As Quality Manager, you will be the driving force behind ensuring our cladding, roofing, and facade systems meet the highest industry standards from pre-construction to final delivery.

Main Missions

• Supervise and promote all quality aspects across various construction sites, ensuring strict adherence to specified requirements.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence through regular project visits to monitor work standards and process compliance.
• Manage and validate quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Quality Plans, and Operation & Maintenance manuals.
• Act as a key liaison between site teams and clients to ensure all quality expectations and standards are consistently met.
• Identify non-conformities, implement effective corrective actions, and support project teams in achieving a "right-first-time" approach.
• Oversee all quality records, inspections, and validations to maintain rigorous compliance with ISO standards.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in quality management within the construction or building envelope industry.
• Strong technical understanding of cladding, roofing, or facade systems.
• Ability to work autonomously on-site while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders and clients.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex documentation and regulatory compliance.
