Quality Manager – ISO 9001/EN9100 Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of our quality strategy across two UK sites. The role ensures compliance with ISO 9001, EN9100 and EN9120 standards, supports regulatory requirements and drives business efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain a quality monitoring system aligned with ISO 9001, EN9100 and EN9120.
• Develop and run an internal audit programme for both sites, investigate findings and manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain technical documentation in line with ISO, REACH and COSHH regulations.
• Provide regulatory support to customers (ITAR, SPIRE, REACH, RoHS) and complete quality questionnaires.
• Champion Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings and support operational and strategic quality improvements.
• Assist the Operations Manager with additional quality‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Qualified in ISO 9001:2015 with knowledge of EN9100/EN9120.
• Trained internal auditor with hands‑on auditing experience.
• Strong understanding of 8D problem‑solving methodology.
• Proficient with ERP systems such as D365 and SAP.
• Working knowledge of UK/EU REACH regulations.
• Experience managing key customer and supplier relationships.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Competitive salary £50,000‑£53,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Location in Bordon, Hampshire with onsite work.
