Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Team (Epsom)

About the role

We are expanding our commercial team in Epsom and are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dedicated Painting and Decorating unit. You will work on a variety of refurbishment and new‑build projects for social housing, councils and housing associations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review CVRs and valuations for projects.
• Manage direct labour teams, timesheets and associated cost control.
• Develop and apply Schedules of Rates.
• Support tendering, estimating and refurbishment cost planning.
• Collaborate with the Painting, Brickwork, Plastering and Roofing trades.

Required profile

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor or equivalent surveyor training.
• Proven experience working with direct labour crews and timesheet administration.
• Exposure to painting, decorating or related trades is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel easily to the Watford area.
