Ramco ERP Project Manager – Aviation MRO

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end implementation of the Ramco ERP system for aviation MRO and supply‑chain operations in the UK. Reporting to the Area Manager, UK Offshore Energy Services, this 12‑month contract role ensures the project is delivered on schedule, aligned with operational requirements and fully adopted by users.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee migration from legacy platforms such as SAP to Ramco ERP.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, applying mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate data migration, system integration, SIT and UAT testing, and cut‑over activities.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and executive reporting.
• Drive change management, user training and adoption programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ERP implementations, preferably in aviation MRO or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong vendor and third‑party team management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
• Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.
