Raw Materials FLT Operator – Production Site

About the role

Join the team at Carlsberg Britvic’s Rugby plant – the largest production site in the Britvic group, responsible for up to 50% of the company’s volume. The state‑of‑the‑art facility manufactures cans, PET and aseptic products across juices, carbonates and sports drinks, including major brands such as Pepsi, 7UP and Robinsons.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Control and handle all raw materials in line with food‑safety requirements, completing quality checks and reporting results.
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to load/unload vehicles, move inventory and support production runs.
• Use SAP and RF scanning systems to manage product inventory with precision.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet plan targets and performance metrics.
• Segregate waste material and manage recycling according to site procedures.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, adhering to zero‑loss and 5S principles.

Required profile

• Experience operating MHE in a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Knowledge of food‑safety and quality standards for raw materials.
• Ability to work a 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern (7 am‑7 pm or 7 pm‑7 am).
• Proven track record of following safety and environmental procedures.
