Reach Truck Driver – Cold Store Warehouse

About the role

We are looking for a Reach Truck Driver to join our busy cold‑store warehouse operating at approximately -18°C. The role is full‑time, on‑site and offers an immediate start in a temperature‑controlled environment with full PPE provided.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck to move, load and unload stock safely throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
• Receive inbound deliveries and store goods in designated locations.
• Carry out stock movements, inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
• Re‑stack and organise pallets for storage or distribution.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Required profile

• Valid Reach Truck licence (expired licences accepted with refresher training).
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Reach Truck.
• Previous experience with other MHE equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
