Real Estate Associate – Commercial Property Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our commercial property team in Liverpool. The role offers the chance to work on high‑value transactions for occupiers, developers, investors and lenders, and to develop a specialist real‑estate legal practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and sale‑and‑leaseback transactions of investment property.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and asset management.
• Manage development acquisitions, disposals and related agreements.
• Conduct title reviews, due diligence and portfolio management.
• Provide real‑estate support on corporate, banking and restructuring deals.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and team growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• Significant experience in commercial property law.
• Strong background in landlord‑tenant work.
• Experience representing developers, investors, occupiers or lenders.
• Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills.
