About the role

Join a well‑established law firm in central London as a Real Estate Finance Paralegal. You will work closely with an experienced Partner, supporting a busy portfolio of property finance transactions while developing your legal expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and completion paperwork.
• Conduct legal research, due diligence and manage transaction files.
• Liaise with clients, lenders and third parties to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor key deadlines and maintain case management systems.

Required profile

• Previous paralegal experience, preferably in real estate finance or property law.
• Relevant legal qualifications.
• Strong organisational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, flexible and team‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using case management systems.
