Real Estate Finance Solicitor (2-5 PQE) – Birmingham

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (2‑5 years PQE) to join a highly regarded team in Birmingham. You will work on a broad range of lender and borrower transactions, developing expertise in a collaborative and growing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base including mainstream banks, challenger banks, bridging finance providers, peer‑to‑peer lenders and borrowers.
• Handle acquisition finance, development finance, refinancing and secured lending transactions.
• Manage your own files while strengthening client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and collaborate with the wider real estate practice.

Required profile

• Solicitor with 2‑5 years PQE and experience in real estate finance or exposure through a commercial property role.
• Technically strong with excellent drafting abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Commercial mindset, strong attention to detail and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Team‑player who wants to contribute to the practice’s growth.
