Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 8+ PQE – Oxfordshire

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join our nationally recognised Banking team. The role involves advising on high‑value domestic and international real estate finance transactions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex real estate finance transactions from both lender and borrower perspectives.
• Provide strategic advice on acquisition finance, development funding, structured lending and related corporate matters.
• Draft and review financing documentation, including LMA standard forms.
• Support business development initiatives and nurture client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in banking and finance, specifically real estate finance.
• Proven ability to lead matters and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Commercially minded with a focus on client development.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of LMA documentation.
