Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 8+ PQE – Oxfordshire

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a Legal 500‑ranked firm’s national banking team in Oxfordshire. You will work on high‑profile domestic and international real estate finance transactions, providing top‑quality advice to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on acquisition, investment and development finance, structured lending and real‑estate aspects of corporate transactions.
• Manage complex lender and borrower transactions from start to finish.
• Provide strategic advice to banks, alternative lenders, debt funds, fund managers and corporate borrowers.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee transaction documentation.
• Support business development and networking initiatives to grow the practice.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in banking and finance law, particularly real‑estate finance.
• Proven experience handling complex lender and borrower matters.
• Familiarity with LMA documentation and excellent technical and commercial skills.
• Confidence in leading matters, managing teams and building client relationships.
• Interest in business development and contributing to a market‑leading practice.
