Real Estate Paralegal – Commercial Property – Birmingham – £25k‑£30k – Hybrid

About the role

Our client, a leading global law firm with a strong Birmingham city‑centre presence, is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its commercial property team. This early‑career position offers hands‑on experience across acquisitions, disposals, leasing and landlord‑tenant matters for a commercial client base.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review standard commercial property documentation.
• Prepare and manage Land Registry applications.
• Handle post‑completion tasks and coordinate with third parties.
• Liaise directly with clients and fee earners throughout transactions.
• Support fee earners on live commercial property deals, not purely administrative work.

Required profile

• Up to two years of relevant experience in commercial property law.
• Exposure to commercial transactions gained in a law firm, in‑house team or relevant placement.
• Clear intention to build a long‑term career in commercial property law.
• Not primarily experienced in residential conveyancing.
