Join our dynamic Business Services team in Exeter as a Receptionist and Client Hospitality Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our firm, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for both our internal teams and prestigious external clients.
Missions principales
- Provide high-quality front-of-house service, including professional visitor greeting and efficient switchboard management.
- Manage client hospitality by preparing and setting up refreshments, coffee, snacks, and buffet arrangements for meetings.
- Coordinate essential office logistics, including the management of meeting rooms, interview spaces, and parking allocations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as business card creation and ordering, as well as arranging taxi services for clients.
- Support the Operational Services team in maintaining office excellence and providing daily assistance to our legal professionals.
Profil recherché
- A professional with a strong sense of service and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with high-level clients and legal staff.
- Highly organized individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.
