About the role
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Receptionist – Bank to join our award‑winning team at Braintree Mews Care Home. As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the home.
Key responsibilities
- Answer the telephone, respond to enquiries, redirect calls and record messages.
- Perform reception‑related administration, maintain databases and provide administrative assistance to the General Manager.
- Keep the reception area tidy and coordinate with Housekeeping to uphold standards.
- Support day‑to‑day operations by handling client complaints and problem‑solving as needed.
Required profile
- Live the values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Previous experience dealing with client complaints and problem‑solving.
