About the role

Join Aqua Restaurant Group as a Receptionist in the heart of London’s West End. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and memorable welcome that reflects the brand’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly first impression.
• Direct guests to their tables and other venue facilities, answering any queries they may have.
• Communicate special requests, monitor venue capacity, and coordinate with floor staff and management to maintain smooth service.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues to support overall guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
