About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members of our premium health and wellness club. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, handle enquiries and bookings, and ensure the reception area reflects our brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors in person and over the phone.
- Manage member queries, appointments and bookings efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑presented reception area.
- Provide information about club facilities, services and promotions.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
