Recruiter (Hybrid, Part‑time)

About the role

Publica Group is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its internal recruitment team. Working across Publica, partner councils and Ubico, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of public‑sector positions. The role is hybrid, combining office days in Cirencester with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Conduct direct sourcing, headhunting and candidate outreach for diverse roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advert creation to offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with BPSS/DBS checks.
• Provide regular updates and metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (in‑house or agency).
• Proactive, organised and results‑driven with strong stakeholder management.
• Team player willing to roll up sleeves and support colleagues.
• CIPD Level 3 desirable but not essential.
