Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our international team in the United Kingdom. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates using various sourcing channels, headhunting, and networking.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensure consistent interview processes, and provide hiring guidance.
• Support recruitment for both technical and non‑technical functions, adapting strategies to business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably within IT.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in direct sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with IT talent market terminology.
