Recruiting Coordinator – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Citadel is looking for a detail‑oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team in London. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth interview and onboarding experience in a fast‑paced financial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support full‑cycle recruiting by partnering with internal recruiters across business functions.
• Schedule and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and collect interview feedback.
• Prepare offer letters and manage pre‑onboarding communications.
• Lead and contribute to recruiting initiatives, process documentation, and survey management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous internship or full‑time experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, self‑starting attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (calendar coordination).
