About the role
Join Prospero Teaching as a Recruitment Account Manager working within the teaching sector. You will support a top‑performing consultant on a warm desk, managing existing school accounts and delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and fill daily and long‑term teaching vacancies.
- Strengthen client retention through outstanding service and communication.
- Build trusted relationships with schools and education professionals.
- Drive growth by maintaining a culture of repeat business and referrals.
Required profile
- Proven recruitment experience (essential).
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive, ambition and resilience.
- Degree and/or sales experience (preferred but not essential for graduate‑calibre candidates).
