Recruitment Advisor – High‑Volume Warehouse & Driver Hiring

About the role

Join Gist’s Central Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Advisor, driving high‑volume hiring for Warehouse Operatives and Drivers across the UK depot network. You will shape the candidate experience from application to onboarding while supporting fast‑moving operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume recruitment campaigns for warehouse and driver roles.
• Write and publish engaging job adverts across multiple channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct telephone interviews and coordinate face‑to‑face interviews with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding, pre‑employment checks and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to candidates.
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to meet hiring targets and suggest process improvements.
